She may not have passed the PSLE, but Elaine has found a dream worth pursuing, and a hope that keeps her going.
Through the opportunities provided at Assumption Pathway School, and the encouragement from her teachers, Elaine grew in her confidence and picked up skills that would be useful in the workforce.
She has since graduated from Assumption Pathway School and completed her education in Nitec in Hair Fashion and Design at the Institute of Technical Education (ITE).
Assumption Pathway School provides vocational training to students who do not pass the PSLE, so they can kickstart their career or even further their education.
